NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY
In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of West Arthur gives notice that, at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 27 August 2026, Council resolved to enter into and execute a Memorandum of Understanding with The Shed in relation to the occupation and use of the building known as The Shed, located on Reserve 49176 (Railway Reserve Park), Darkan.
The arrangement grants The Shed occupation and use of the premises for the purpose of operating a Men's Shed facility for a term of ten (10) years, with a further term of eleven (11) years, at a rental of $0 per annum.
