Darkan Overtaking Lane Project - update

A quick update from Main Roads Western Australia on the Darkan Passing Lane SLK 90.4-93.57 project.

The clearing was completed on Tuesday, 21 April.

The next step is the culvert extensions and replacement – anticipated start date is 4 May, with completion anticipated to be the end of May.

Traffic management will remain in place - Reversible Flow (Traffic Signals & Stop/Slow on side roads) with an escort vehicle implemented. A speed reduction of 60km/hr will be in place for the duration of the works.

Aftercare will be in place following the works.
