At the May Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved to accept an offer to purchase the Shire-owned vacant residential lot at 17 Nangip Crescent.
In accordance with regulation 30(2b) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996, the details of the disposition are:
Purchaser: Sharon Elaine Williams
Purchase Price: $65,000
Appraised Value: $18,000 - $22,000
