Powering Our Community – an important community event

Come along for a community conversation about the energy projects coming to our region, community benefit funds, and how local people can help shape the future.  This event is not just for the farmers hosting the wind turbines and other infrastructure, it is for the WHOLE community to learn how to get involved and ensure that the benefits for our Shire are maximised. 

We will have speakers from Government agencies and there will be a panel question and answer session at the end of the night.  Bring along your phone if you are tech savvy so you can use Slido to ask questions. Don’t worry - we will show you how.  We will also have paper and pens available if you are not comfortable using technology and want to write down your questions.
