Proposed Disposition of Property
Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995

The Shire of West Arthur is considering entering into a Contract of Sale, the details of which are as follows:
Subject Land: That portion of Lot 9001 Growden Place, Darkan as is shown on the sketch annexed hereto and having an approximate area of 6000m2 and more particularly being part of Lot 9001 on Deposited Plan 409160 and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2934 Folio 201.
Buyer: Lawrence John Dawson
Consideration: $50,000.00Market Value of Subject Land: $40,000.00

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the Shire prior to 5.00pm, 11 August, 2023. Submissions should be marked “Sale of portion of Lot 9001 Growden Place, Darkan” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of West Arthur, 31 Burrowes Street, Darkan WA 6392 or emailed to shire@westarthur.wa.gov.au.
