LOCAL PLANNING POLICY NO 4
Wellington Catchment
Council at its Meeting at its meeting of the 23rd November 2023 adopted Local Planning Policy No 4 Wellington Catchment for final approval.
The Policy sets out how Council will administer the provisions of Clause 6.2 of the Scheme regarding the referral of development applications to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
The Policy may be inspected at the Shire Office and is also available on Council’s web site.
