Council adopted the Corporate Plan for the four year period 2019/20 to 2023/24 in June 2019.
A full review of the Community Plan will be undertaken in early 2020 which will lead to the development of an updated Corporate Plan in June 2020.
The Corporate Business Plan is the Shire of West Arthur’s four year service and project delivery program which aligns with the priorities set in the Community Strategic Plan.
Each year the Plan is reviewed prior to the preparation of the budget.
