Ms Nicole Wasmann has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of West Arthur, effective 4 November 2021. Council thanks Nicole on behalf of the community for her dedicated and professional service to this local government over 26 years and extends best wishes to her and her family for any future endeavour. Council has appointed Mr Vin Fordham Lamont to the position of Chief Executive Officer, commencing 1 February 2022. Mr Lamont is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the Shire of Carnamah and Council looks forward to Vin’s commencement and contribution to the local government and community. Mr Ian McCabe will act as Chief Executive Officer in the interim period.
