Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2017-2022

The Shire of West Arthur is revising its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan. The plan describes how the Shire of West Arthur is working to make sure its services are accessible to everyone including people with disabilities. The current plan can be viewed through this link Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2012-2017 or copies can be made available on request and in alternative formats if required.

Community consultation is an important part of the review process, and we would like to hear from any Shire residents who would like to have input into the review and the development of the new plan.   To register your comments please forward in writing to Kate Johnston Shire of West Arthur 31 Burrowes Street DARKAN WA 6392 or email  for more information contact Kate at the Shire Office.

Please note that this stage of the community consultation process closes on Friday May 12, 2017. After that time all information received will be reviewed and a draft copy of the proposed Disability Access and Inclusion Plan will be published.  A copy of this draft plan will be made available for final review prior to formal adoption by Council.

Planned Power Outage 19 Sep 2017
